Tokyo Stock Exchange opened its venture section to foreign corportaion in 2006. We call it TSE Mothers Global. The cost of listing is competitive against other global exchanges. We are moving forward with some strong Canadian junior companies and with Japanese lead-managing firms with specialized focus on Mothers.

While European markets act as the alternative captital source for Canadian and global junior companies, Japan being the second largest capital market after NY and having unique need for resources with its high technology corportation offers the third dimention to the liquidity source.

After decade of deflational economy, cost of Japanese listing is competitive agaist European exchanges such as AIM of London Stock Exchange and other European exchanges like Frankfurt.

In addition, the successful IR strategy in the venture capital market of Tokyo could lead to a significant upside potential since the market has not seen the resource sector stocks trading in the venture section.
